Payment, Order, Delivery and Privacy Info

All Gretsch Grotto products are available via mail order.

Delivery charges are included in the offered price as long as the delivery adress is within the UK mainland. EU customers, including those from the Channel Islands, Isle Of Man and most Scottish Islands carry a £48.00 Shipping Fee.


Finding Your Products
Select the type of product from the menus on the left. Next, if required select the model range you are interested in to view a list of the models in that range. Click on 'more info' to view the full details with large image of the model. If you know the model number you can find the model quickly by using our 'Quick Search' facility which is located at the top of every page.

Placing your order
Once you have found your required products enter the quantity you'd like to order in the box to the right, then click 'Add Selection to Cart' to add them to your shopping cart.You can then continue shopping or click 'Check Out Now' to place your order. You will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Payment Methods
Currently you can place your order online, and make you payment via Cheque, Electronic Money Transfer, Bankers Draught or, it you so wish, Cash On Collection.
Whichever method you choose, your purchase MUST be paid for in full, BEFORE dispatch.
Any specially ordered item will need a 25% deposit paid before we order it, the balance must be paid BEFORE dispatch

Shortly you will be able to make your payment Online with Credit Card, Offline with Credit Card or Cheque/Money Transfer with Order system.

We aim to despatch stocked items same day. Please allow 3 working days for delivery.

Promises are given in good faith will be adhered to as far as possible, but no responsibility is accepted for unforeseen delays subsequently arising. Please check your goods thoroughly on receipt before signing carriers note and contact us immediately if there are any problems.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Any models that may be out of stock at the time of order can be delivered usually within 2-3 weeks from date of order!

Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers will be encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Privacy Policy
The Gretsch Grotto does not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.Data collected by this site is used to:
